Tom (tom.cook@decisionanalyticsintl.com) is co-founder of DAI. Tom brings over 25 years of experience applying advanced analytics to airline problems initially for American Airlines and later for over 100 major airlines worldwide. He has served as Assistant VP of Operations Research at AA, Founder and President of American Airlines Decision Technologies, President of Sabre Solutions, Senior Counselor at McKinsey, and Chairman and CEO of Caleb Technologies. He served as President of The Airline Group of IFORS (AGIFORS), The Institute of Management Sciences (TIMS), and Institute for Operations Research and Management Sciences (INFORMS) and is a member of the National Academy of Engineering.

Ajay (ajay.singh@decisionanalyticsintl.com) is co-founder of DAI. Ajay brings over 20 years of experience in travel and transportation in the areas of information technology, operations research, large-scale system development, strategic and financial planning and enterprise-wide business improvement. He has held several key corporate positions at United Airlines, including Vice President of Information Technology – Strategy, Vice President of Corporate Real Estate and Managing Director of Business Transformation. He has a Masters in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
